Healthy Families Program Of Martin County
The Healthy Families Program, a division of Baby Steps, offers support to parents who are experiencing stressful life situations. Through intensive home visitation, services are offered to promote positive parent-child relationships, healthy child development, problem-solving skills, as well as linkages to health and other support services families may need. Services may start prior to or shortly after the birth of a baby and can continue until the child's fifth birthday. The program promotes positive parent-child interaction and school readiness. Services include parenting support and guidance, developmental monitoring, and linkages to other community resources.
If you are pregnant or have a newborn baby and live in the 34994, 34997, 34956 or 33455 zip code areas, you may qualify for our Healthy Families services. Services are free of charge and include:
