HPS, Helping People Succeed, Inc.'s Baby Step's services provide a variety of programs aimed at enhancing parent-child interaction and promoting the healthy growth and development of children under five.

A child's early experiences profoundly affect the rest of his/her life.  Brain development research indicated that the first years last forever.  it is during these earliest stages that Baby Steps offers a variety of supports to ensure that the experiences are positive and promote developmental progress.  All of our services are focused on equipping parents to be the best they can be, resulting in school and life success for the child.
