HPS, Helping People Succeed, Inc., formerly Tri-County TEC is a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 Florida Corporation founded in 1964.  HPS, Helping People Succeed, Inc. is a United Way Agency.

HPS, Helping People Succeed, Inc. Helps People Succeed by providing unique and valuable services that lead to improved quality of life and independence through community based education and training programs for citizens of Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee Counties.  HPS, Helping People Succeed, Inc.'s goal is to help each person achieve success so they may have a successful future, enjoying their life fully participating as productive taxpaying citizens.  HPS, Helping People Succeed, Inc. also helps improve the community's economic viability and diversity through programs that assist children become ready for school and adults find and maintain employment.

HPS, Helping People Succeed, Inc. helps:

• 2000 + children and their families become ready for school and productive future

• 500+ adults who have a disability or are welfare recipients find and obtain employment as taxpaying citizens

• 70+ adults learn about their community and gain skills so employment will become a reality

• hundreds of school children remain in their classroom through behavior management

• the community becomes more viable through the diversity of its residents
