H.T. PROF Executive Search
High Tech Professionals, Inc. was started in 1997 as an Executive/Technical Search Firm, specializing in IT and Data Warehouse placements.
On January 1st, 2001, High Tech Professionals, Inc. began working under the name H.T. PROF Executive Search. This was done to better reflect our ability to conduct searches across other technologies and industries. Our specialization at that time had expanded to include Telecommunication / Wireless and Legal / Lawyers. Today, we no longer recruit Lawyers but do focus on the growing areas of Security, Bio Tech/Life Science and most recently “Clean Tech”
In early 2000 we picked up our first Israeli Customer and by late 2001, our activity with Israeli companies was growing by leaps and bounds.
January 1st 2002, marked a milestone in the growth of our company. H.T. PROF ISRAEL was created as a separate organization dedicated to developing and growing relationships with Israeli companies doing business in the United States.

Israeli and American business cultures are similar in many ways. Yet, there are differences that distinguish one from another, especially as it relates to how individuals are hired and managed. It’s been over eight years since we worked with that first Israeli company. Since that period, we’ve worked with over 100 companies Israel. We will continue to recruit for these companies that have their roots in Israel.
