..... spent 17 years with IBM before starting H.T. PROF Executive Search in 1997, focusing on technology recruiting.  In 2000 he took the company in a new direction and started to work with several Israeli companies.  The following year he created H.T. PROF ISRAEL as a separate organization, dedicated to developing and growing relationships with Israeli companies doing business in the United States.
