Since the company's inception in 1985, Kerry’s Referrals has proven itself an industry leader, setting a new standard in staffing with its unparalleled level of expertise, service and innovation.   While Kerry’s provides assistance to a diverse group of businesses, organizations and candidates throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, Legal staffing has always been our specialty.

Experience makes all the difference.  Kerry Dewey, having already established herself locally as a respected multimillion dollar producer in the early 80’s for other legal staffing providers, decided to strike out on her own.  Along with her husband Scott, she founded this company that bears her name.  Kerry instilled her staff of recruiting specialists with a dedication to quality, superior customer service and the tremendous satisfaction gained from matching great people with great jobs.

Kerry Dewey unexpectedly passed away in December 2007 but she left behind a company solid in its commitments to quality, integrity and service.  Now led by Scott Dewey, Kerry's Referrals continues to push the envelope.  Our motto says it all:
