Eric has 16 years in executive search, specializing in sales/business development to exec level positions in Information and Consulting Services, with additional work on Haystack's legal recruiting team. He partners with executive leaders within his client base to help them build revenue generation, from organizational strategy/tactics through sales and operations production. Eric is known for his particular knack for 'complete client service' that is only rivaled by his steadily declining golf game.

   A Boston native, Eric attended high school outside Washington D.C. and college at Colorado State University, where he majored in Marketing with a Music minor. Sandwiched in between was five years of travel and performance in two regional bands. He was then recruited as a sophomore at CSU to go sell books with Southwestern Company, launching a 19-year tenure that included direct selling, sales/organizational management and recruiting, with the final 10 years in executive search at Southwestern's headquarters in Nashville. Upon leaving Southwestern Eric ventured into a business development spot with a Nashville-based law firm-consulting services 'start-up', and when it finally became a 'wind-up', he gladly went back to headhunting with old friends and Southwestern colleagues at Haystack.

   Eric lives in Brentwood, Tennessee with his wife and two daughters.
