Permanent Placements: Our placement fees are 15% of the successful applicant’s annual remuneration.
Contract Placements: Our placement fees are 25% of applicant’s remuneration for the total contract period.
Overseas Placements: We assist with placements outside of South Africa as per the Permanent placement rate. Our responsbility extends to the attraction and introduction of the applicant only.
Definition of “remuneration”: For purposes of determining placement fees, the term remuneration means the applicant’s total cost to company remuneration.
We provide a 3-month “Probation Period Monitoring” service whereby we monitor the progress of the new employee and report back to management on a six-weekly basis. This value-added service is of no charge to our subscribers.
Verifications and Testing
A further service we offer our clients is verification of Degrees/Diplomas, Drivers License, Credit Reference Checks, (Criminal Record Checks on request only), CCMA Judgments and Psychometric Profiling at a nominal charge.
Temp and Contract Staffing
Workinfo.com is a registered Labour Broker and adheres strictly to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. We are able to offer our clients temporary, contract and call centre staff on our payroll, taking away the headaches often associated with temporary employment.
We offer a 3 (three)-month guarantee on our placements provided that: -
· Our invoice is paid within 14 days of receipt
· The job description/performance criteria for the applicant has not substantially been changed
· The position is not made redundant
Should our candidate leave or be found unsuitable for the position and valid reasons can be provided (within the first 3 months), we will replace the candidate at no charge to yourselves. We would require to be given 1 (one) month to do so. Should no suitable candidate be found within this time period our refund would be as follows:
· Should the candidate have worked for 1 month - our refund would be 90% of the invoiced amount
· Should the candidate have worked for 2 months – our refund would be 60% of the invoiced amount
· Should the candidate have worked for more than 2 months but less than 3 months – our refund would be 30% of the invoiced amount
The commencement date of the guarantee would be from the date the applicant accepts a signed offer of employment.
