About Us
OSI was established in 1992 and currently operates offices in Conyers (Atlanta), Georgia, and Raleigh, North Carolina. OSI is a member and adheres to all ethics and standards of the National Association of Personnel Services. Our mission is to do quality work, with integrity and please God in all that we do.
Below is a brief description of our key personnel:
• Tim Oliver - Senior Partner
Tim has been in search and recruitment in the food industry since 1983. He previously held officer positions with two other nationwide search firms before starting OSI in 1992. Prior to recruiting he attained Bachelor and Master degrees majoring in Food Science from the University of Georgia. He worked in R&D as a Food Technologist for a Fortune 500 company and a Production Supervisor for a McDonalds foods processor. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant as awarded by the National Association of Personnel Services.
• David Buergler - Senior Partner
Dave has been working in the food industry since 1980. He attained a Bachelor degree in Food Service and Masters degree in Food Science from the University of Missouri. Dave started his career as a Food Technologist for a Fortune 500 company and then moved into marketing research. Dave then joined one of the largest Quick Service Restaurants companies in the industry. He worked for thirteen years in marketing ascending to the directors level. Dave has had tremendous success in search and recruitment.
