McGinnis Loy Finance is proud to be working with an International UK-listed provider of IT Systems & Software Solutions. With over 30 years of experience in their field and highly acquisitive in nature, they are now seeking a Financial Reporting Manager whose key responsibility will be to drive the forward-looking reporting cycle, and produce the monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external management reporting. Key duties include :
• Worldwide annual budget compilation in collaboration with Executive and Senior Management.
• Monthly Board reporting activities including KPI’s and trend analysis
• Consolidation of monthly Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow reports
• External reporting on a quarterly basis as well as interim and final Annual Reports
• Monthly Worldwide forecasting which will focus on revenue, costs, profits, balance sheet and cash
• Responsible for Senior management cost reporting and variance analysis
• Detailed Revenue reporting for the worldwide entities
• Management of a small Finance team based in the UK
• Ad-hoc reporting and project work as required
• Influencing and building strong working relationships with Group Finance, CFO, Commercial Teams and other members of the Senior Team
To be considered for the position, you should be a fully Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), ideally with a degree level education or equivalent in a related field (eg Economics, Business). You should have previous experience of worldwide budgeting and forecasting, ideally internal financial reporting up to Board level, and IFRS experience. You should also be a strong self-starter, influencer and negotiator with large ERP systems experience such as Oracle, Cognos, SAP
The role will offer a base salary of up to £70,000 depending on experience, 10% bonus, company pension, healthcare scheme and 24 days holiday.
