My client, and international firm, delivers leading-edge embedded security solutions to the mobile, disk, storage, automotive, networking, multifunction printers, imaging and industrial markets. The solutions make security transparent to the end-user, while protecting sensitive information and applications from malicious attacks.
The company is looking for a seasoned business leader, technology savvy individual, with relevant experience for a product line marketing position.
The position reports to the CEO and will be member of the management team.
Job Description:
Creation of a road map to the company’s Content Protection Product by:
• Researching and mapping Eco system players such as content owners, content aggregators, Google and the likes
• Establish working network in this space
• Define Product Roadmap - Focus the company on growth opportunities
Drive implementation of product roadmap through internal partnerships (including international marketing team)
Requirements:
• Proven marketing experience and achievements in the content industry (Film & TV)
o Experience with technologies such as video delivery platforms, VOD systems, content protection and such is necessary
o Connections at content and service providers – an advantage
• Strong technical background and orientation
o Premium content and video services (VOD)
o Smartphone, tablet and STB systems
o Security understanding, familiarity of DRM/CAS protocols is an advantage
• Ability to interact with large organizations and interface high-level executives
• Independent and self sustained; motivated to take initiative and ownership over processes
• Ability to operate and thrive in an undefined and ever-changing environment
• A team player, ability to drive peers and team members for results
• 5-8 years of relevant experience, as described above
• Willingness to travel extensively
