How do I login to My Account to make changes?
Go to www.careersitebuilder.com and click on "Login Here",
you will find this on the Career Site Builder toolbar. Type
in your Username and Password and Click on the “Login”
button. You will then be automatically taken to your website
- My Account area.
After I sign up for my emails, what does my email address
look like?
Your email address depends on your domain name. If you have
purchased your own domain name and are directing it to your
Career Site Builder website, your domains will reflect your
domain name. For instance if your domain is
www.recruitingworld.com, your emails will be in the format:
yourname@recruitingworld.com
How Can I Get My Own Domain Name?
To set up your own domain name for your site. First, you buy
a domain name from a domain registrar. Career Site Builder
can also register/ buy domains names for your company, you
will find the pricing information when you are signing up
for your Career Site Builder subscription.
What if I already have an existing static website?
No problem. You can still take full advantage of Career
Site Builder websites by linking to your existing website.
For example, you can use your Career Site Builder website
for jobseekers to submit their resumes online or showcase
your current openings etc. All you need to do is add a link
to your current website to respective pages on the Career
Site Builder website and it will save you hundreds of
dollars, which otherwise you might end up spending for
programming your present website.
What are the various payment methods for me to make
subscription payment?
At present, we are accepting Pay Pal payments (which are
safe and secure). You can make your payment online by
clicking on the Pay Pal's Pay Now button, after completing
your order form or you can request us to invoice you by
sending an email to

When will my website be live?
The answer to this question depends on how quickly the
Internet processes the changes to your website address DNS.
In most cases, your site will be "live" within 72 hours
after you decide to click the "Publish My Site" button and
change your DNS.
Note: If you reserve your domain name through
CareerSiteBuilder.com you will not need to change your DNS.
How do I change my DNS?
If you did not have your domain name registered by us, then
you will need to login to the site where you registered your
name and be sure that the name servers (aka DNS) are set to
the following:
ns1.maximumasp.com
ns2.maximumasp.com
You will need to point the name servers there for your site
to show up on the web. Once you do that, it generally takes
about a day for the change to take place.
Are there contracts or cancellation penalties?
No. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation
penalties with CareerSiteBuilder.com. If you're not sure how
long you'll need your website, you can sign up for a
month-to-month package and cancel at any time with
absolutely no penalties. Feel free to look through our
entire site. There's no fine print, tricky wording or unfair
conditions of any kind whatsoever.
Getting Listed in Search Engines like Yahoo and Google ?
The easiest and fastest way to get listed on search
engines is through "pay-per-click" services. The two we
recommend are:

These services allow you to bid on positions for individual
search terms like your last name, county, campaign name,
etc. Since these are very specific terms, there won't be
much, if any, competition so you should be able to get them
for $.10/click.
Google, Yahoo, and other search engines will begin to
"spider" your website when it goes live. That's the first
step in being listed. Unfortunately, it just takes time --
usually 6-8 weeks to move up the search rankings. The
"pay-per-click" services recommended above will activate
immediately and together will cover 80%+ of all searches.
How do I cancel my subscription?
All customer accounts are billed on an annual or monthly
basis. Therefore, the credit card on file will be charged
automatically, unless the account is canceled prior to the
renewal date.
